Refund policy

 

Please be aware that all items in our catalog are vintage or secondhand and may exhibit various signs of wear & age unless specified otherwise. These are in the nature of pre-owned goods and therefore to be understood as inherent characteristics and part of their previous life. Generally, all sales are final and returns are not accepted, with the exception that there’s been a mistake on our end. In this case, please contact us within 48h of delivery.

*Should UPS return a package to us due to buyer negligence, we will charge a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund, not including shipping costs.
